Dr. Marjorie Dorimé-Williams
Dr. Marjorie Dorimé-Williams conducts assessments and evaluations focused on historically marginalized student populations and improving policy and practice at colleges and universities. Previously, her teaching and research focused on socially just, student-centered assessment, evaluation, and institutional effectiveness in postsecondary education.
Dr. Michael Steven Williams
Dr. Michael Steven Williams’ teaching and research broadly focus on inclusion, diversity, equity, students’ social-psychological development, and institutional excellence in American postsecondary education. His inquiry centers on (a) interpersonal relationships, particularly socialization, mentoring, and belonging for students, administrators, and faculty, and (b) the institution, focusing on organizational improvement and accountability.
